At Collins Place Psychology and Hypnotherapy we make every effort to help people when a crisis situation arises. However we do not run an emergency service.

If you have an urgent need to see a psychologist, call our office (03 9654 8330) and let the receptionist know that it is urgent.

AFTER HOURS

If you are unable to get through to our office (e.g. after hours) and you need assistance immediately there are several options you can try....

FACE-TO-FACE SERVICES

• Contact your general practitioner
• Attend the emergency clinic of your nearest hospital
• Telephone the emergency department of your nearest hospital and ask for the Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CAT Team)
